Blind in Business have been offering training courses for blind and visually impaired people for over 8 years. Now we wish to help more people……
We are offering pupils aged 13 upwards to book in a career planning session with our dedicated team of staff in our London office.
The sessions are completely FREE!
From Monday until Friday of every week our office is open from 9am to 5.30pm. You simply have to book in a session! It really is that simple! You can call us or e-mail us to book in a session for the children you teach or work with!
Pupils, parents, teachers, carers are welcome to also attend.
These career sessions typically last 3 hours. During which, we cover with you:
We can consider contributing to your travel costs if you live in other parts of the UK so you can visit us in London.

Blind in Business have been offering training courses for blind and visually impaired people for over 8 years. Now we wish to help more people……
This parents workshop is your chance to learn more, from young, blind and visually impaired people who are working in modern careers. You will have the opportunity to meet these people from a variety of backgrounds, who have been in mainstream education and special education throughout the UK. These role models will share their views and opinions on their education, finding work, the technology they use, what support they have and what experiences they’ve had throughout their lives.
This short workshop will give you the opportunity to learn more about the interesting careers blind and visually impaired people are doing. Often we have role models who work in the fields of management, accounting, marketing, computing programming, teaching, human resources. The variety of jobs that people do is anything but driving a bus!
You are more than welcome to join this FREE parents workshop. You can also learn more about the work that Blind in Business offers all over the UK, training with young school children, helping A-level students into work, working with undergraduates and graduates and also offering assistance to employers, bridging the gap between the people we help and those who offer them jobs.
